1. Using the platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tity Property website, accounts and related services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and any specific conditions presented for a service you choose. If you do not agree, please do not use that service.

Tity Property helps people discover, list and enquire about properties and connect with property professionals. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the relevant agreement to create a transaction or professional account. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

• Provide accurate account, business and contact details, and keep them reasonably up to date.
• Complete the verification required for your account or the feature you want to use.
• Protect your login credentials and one-time passwords. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use only the features and information you are authorized to access, including when working within a business account.

3. Listings and your content

Only submit a property if you own it or are authorized to represent it. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information, photographs, videos, documents and contact details you provide.

Describe prices, availability, area measurements, approvals, charges and restrictions honestly. Keep listings current, respect other people's privacy and intellectual property, and do not submit misleading or unauthorized material.

We may review or moderate listings and ask for supporting information. An approval or verification label reflects the review associated with that feature; it does not certify legal title, construction quality, investment returns or suitability for a particular purpose.

4. Enquiries and property transactions

A listing or enquiry is an invitation to explore an opportunity. It is not itself a booking, sale, lease, loan sanction or promise that a property remains available. Final prices and transaction terms must be confirmed with the relevant parties in a separate agreement.

Before making a commitment, independently check ownership, approvals, encumbrances, measurements, payment instructions and the identity and authority of the people involved. Obtain qualified legal, financial or technical advice where needed.

When you request information, a viewing, financing or support, the relevant team or representative may contact you to handle that request. Do not use another person's enquiry details for unrelated or unauthorized communications.

5. Fees and separate agreements

If a chosen service has a fee, review the price, taxes, scope, cancellation and refund conditions communicated for that service before agreeing to purchase it. Any separately agreed service or transaction terms apply to that arrangement.

A payment option displayed on a property listing describes information supplied for that property. It does not mean Tity Property has collected a payment, approved a loan or guaranteed a transaction. Verify payment instructions directly with the authorized party.

6. Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Impersonate another person, misrepresent a property or submit fraudulent, unlawful or infringing content.
• Send spam, harass people or collect their contact details for unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt services, introduce malicious software or access another account without permission.
• Extract or reuse platform information in a way that violates privacy, intellectual property or applicable law.

7. Tools and connected services

Property guides, calculators and other informational tools provide general information or estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. Results are not a valuation, legal opinion, tax assessment, loan offer or assurance of future returns.

Maps, videos, communications and optional social account integrations may be supplied by third parties. Their own terms apply. Only connect accounts and publish content that you are authorized to manage. You can manage or disconnect permissions using the available tools and provider settings.

8. Intellectual property

Tity Property branding, platform design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You permit us to store, display, format and use that content as needed to provide and promote the listing or service you requested. You must have the rights and permissions needed to grant that permission.

9. Availability and account access

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or provider restrictions. We may restrict or remove content or account access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security concerns, inaccurate information or legal requirements.

Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly or need help closing an account. Information may need to be retained for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

10. Responsibility and legal rights

Property and service information can change and may originate from other users or providers. We do not promise that every listing is complete, current or suitable for your requirements, or that using the platform will produce a particular sale, rental, lead or financial result.

Responsibility for a loss depends on the circumstances, any applicable agreement and the law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or limits a consumer right, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Updates and resolving concerns

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies this version. Additional notice or agreement will be sought where required for a particular change.

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Please contact us first so we can understand and try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using any court, consumer forum, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
